I was hoping we'd leave Tyler to his bench role and start Booker, Bridges, Oubre, Saric and Kaminski.

I don't think there are any good options at point guard until Rubio returns and Jerome lives up to expectations. Maybe Booker is the best option but he seems so turnover prone.

He makes some real lazy/stupid turnovers which frustrate us all but it's interesting to note that Jordan had almost the same exact turnover average his first 5 seasons. And Kobe averaged 3.0 assists for his career compared to Booker's 3.2 average although he also held a slight assist average (4.7 to 4.3) giving him an edge in the TO/Assist ratio.

BTW, I haven't put much thought or work into those numbers so it's possible I'm overlooking critical facts that might invalidate my comparisons.

Just tell me Booker is going to be as good as Jordon or Kobe. Anyway, one can hope.

Oubre has trouble getting the ball up to the basket inside when contested. If he could carry some more weight it might help.

To start the game, the Pelicans are making their shots
and the Suns are not.

And now, Oubre with his second foul.

New Orleans on a 13-2 run.

Jaxson Hayes is another player the Suns could have drafted in the 2019 draft.

Pelicans can score inside or outside.

The Suns game is dependent on the outside shot. If they don't hit the shots they are in trouble.

Diallo is in the game early. Suns need an inside presence.

We're really in trouble in Lonzo is hitting jumpers.

Suns defense that looked good early in the season has mostly disappeared.

End of 1st quarter:

Pelicans 38 - Suns 33

Okobo says I can run the offense.

Suns trying to work their way back are down by 5 at the end of the 1st quarter.

They are a discombobulated team while waiting to get their frontline players back.
