The Cards lose a game in Buffalo in horrible conditions and now evryone thinks Green is the same as Mac,Mccown must go,Davis is a bust,we should've drafted Ben,we'd be winning with Blake. You people need to get a clue. This "sky is falling" attitude after every loss is amazing.Last week people were talking about how much better we are under Green and how with Quan coming back that the Cards could possibly make the playoffs.
First off, whoever thinks Mac and Green are in the same coaching league or that Jeff Blake could be an answer here, should be banned for just plain ignorance.Next, every team in the league is going to play 2-3 bad, absolutely horrible games. This is the Cards first abomination on the year.It happens.Look at Jax in Houston yesterday after beating Indy.Kc has had a few earlier.Sure the Cards were horrible yesterday in playing and coaching but all this rhetoric is getting ridiculous.Guys like Tango and Walter love to show up after a loss and rip on every move that didn't work and what THEY think should've been done.Peope need to face reality. What Green is doing with this team in his 1st year, with a 1st year QB,is almost amazing. So,we got blown out in Buffalo in a wind tunnel? Big f'in deal. The Cards are definitely moving in the right direction and,if we ever get the special teams in order, will be a tough game for any team in the NFL.Then, once we actually get a NFL talent level roster after years of Mac's staff bumblings, the Cards will be an elite team.I'm sorry i just get tired of all the gloom and doom after a loss. Now, i could see it under the Mac regime because it as the most inept coaching staff i have ever seen and the team was hopeless. But to rip this years team, with the way they have played, i just don't get it.This coming from a so-called darksider.

Thanks for a voice of reason. Yesterday was frustrating, but we're definitely headed in the right direction as a team.

i agree with you. it's amazing how things have been tipped upside down. as a darksider i don't see things as so dark. the loss sucked. really sucked. but the year has been a lot brighter, as a whole, than we've seen in a while. even with a dismal record.

oh yeah!!!! McCown is showing us nothing short of dayton efforts. Shrink wrap his uni he's going to the hall. All he needs is an oline and he will suddenly has the abilities of an nfl qb.

I have seen quality QB's with worse olines make SOMETHING happen a handful of times a game. Josh has what maybe 2 big plays that he made happen?

Dude McCown had guys in his face to kill him the second he snapped the ball, the DT's were all over him. I don't wan't Josh to win the games I just want to see a QB manage a game and not hurt the Team. McCown has only 4 Ints this year. He threw for no INT's Sunday. He did not lose the game, the O Lineblocking like crap ruined the game. So blame the people who sucked the most on Sunday that would be the O-line. I don't want to see heroics right now from McCown, I just don't wan't him to lose the game. I'm right now alot more worried about the O-lone then Iam Josh. If the O-line blocks descent for the guy and he still sucks, I'll call for his head. I'm waiting to see a few more games where the guys not running for his life before I make a judgement. If the Cards were too have drafted Leftwich or Roithlesburger they would have looked just as bad Yesterday.

Real nice work cubs cards fan.

We've got to keep looking at the big picture.

Although we would all probably agree that we can't wait for this Sunday to get here. I'm going to be down all week long despite that fact that my sooners are still undefeated, and wallyburger's caines are not.

I do agree the Cards are moving in the right direction but only on defense. I am a solid McCown backer but honestly he looks lost back there- IMO. Everyone is talking about Big Ben "what ifs" but honestly they are right when you see how much poise Big Ben has in only his 5th NFL start compared to Josh being in the league for 3 years. It's very disturbing. Hearing tonight about why they don't use the shotgun formation and don't run screen plays- makes me sick. Enough about that.
The special teams have regressed this year if thats humanly possible- they were pretty bad last year. Since Vai Sikahema we havent had a dangerous return man back there yet it seems every other team has a guy who can take it to the house on us every Sunday- unreal.
I for one can't wait for the Miami game- LOL.
Go Cards/ America!
Tim
