My son read these books, so I'm sure we'll watch it eventually.

My kids are also excited because of the books and the last movie. However, it was eh.

daughter is now reading the first book for a school project, interesting.

At least shes lost interest in twilight.

First movie was meh. Books were all awesome. This movie looks to be better than the first, but who knows. They'd do better sticking close to the books, a'la the Potter movies, because they have tons of action and awesomeness.
