and in my opinion it was a good thing. I think he was mauling guys so bad - that the refs called holding on him - pretty weak calls in my opinion - he was shoving guys downfield - so I think they assumed holding... when we had to blow a timeout at the wrong time because boldin and the other receivers were in the wrong spot - kendall came unglued and started screaming at the receivers..his teammates had to tell him to settle down...

after the game - mac said they could not hear the play call - but kendall came unglued anyway. someone needs to get nasty on the field..he seems like the guy.

I would run through a wall for Kendall! He just calls it like he sees it.

I like the NFL films presentation I saw about Jake (a few years ago) when Plummer screwed up the snap count. Kendall got right into his face and screamed "YOU SAID IT WAS ON TWO!".

Jake's retort?

"Please don't yell at me"

Glad to see the offensive line get pissed off about the slow playing calling from the booth causing more timeouts. Is the OC just slow or what is going on with this. After 3 weeks we should be able to get the plays to the QB with enough time to get the plays off.

My understanding was those timeouts were due to the rookie recievers (Boldin and Johnson) not knowing where to line up.
It was NOT a matter of not getting the play to the QB.

Big difference.

Didn't anyone ever inform him that scrawny little guys shouldn't piss off 300 pound linemen?

It is good that someone on this team will step up and get mad at mental errors. I also like the quote he had about the center probably should not play because of holding.

It is good that someone holds people accountable.

On the TO used when Kendall and Spikes were clearly pissed, it was getting in the play that was the issue. Other times it seemed the guys getting lined up correctly was an issue but not the time pinnacle was referring to. At least that is how it appeared to me on that particular play.

I think its great that kendell got mad. It shows a little veteran leadership that says "hey don't screw up". It reminded me of the Tampa game yesterday where Sapp got in the face of one of his players and was still yellin gat him 5 minutes later off the field. Someone has to teach the young players what to do. Boldin forced us to use the timeout, costing us a chance at a touchdown. Rookie mistake, yes. Did he deserve to get yelled at? Yes. He won't do it again.

Actually, I think his reply was "shut the &uck up" and they got into a little shoving match.

I missed the play where Kendall went off on the wide receivers for lining up wrong, but he guys on the radio were ragging on Kendall saying "this is not the time for dissention, and everyone needs to play together" and that Blake told Kendall "that's enough of that" .... or something to that effect and got between them.

Did it actually happen that way?

Good Cop, bad cop. Let Kendall freak out then let Blake pull everything back in and focus the offense. seems to work!!!

Boldin actually lined up in the right spot, Sullivan just called the wrong play.

I was watching the game on DirecTv and heard someone cussing on the field when they had to burn the timeout. I didn't realize it was Kendall, but I knew whoever said it was PISSED!

txcardsfan...I thought his beet red head was going to expand too much and blow his helmet off of his head. He was that pissed..also - it looked like 7 or 8 of the cardinals players got a shower from pete (i.e. spit shower from yelling) ..probably cooled them off a little..

cameron spikes was pissed guy #2 ...

Sweet! I like a little winning attitude! Pete was probably still pissed about the Seahawks game. I am sure he wasn't happy that his former team took it to us like that. I hope that this intensity holds up throughout the season for our boys.
