PSYCHED!

Love that we dont have to wait all camp to get these done anymore.

I just saw this video on another board, pretty sweet.

I especially like the parts where he's running next to guys, and the ball comes, and he TURNS HIS HEAD and looks at the freaking ball and knocks it away. lol

That little move has been lost on our CB's the past couple seasons. They use the, let them catch it then I'll tackle him, technique.

2:17 in is my favorite part, he ate that WR for lunch and picked off that pass, it was never even close.

Peterson is an absolute freak! Barring injury, he should be a stud for many years. He will have at least 2 punt return td's this year. Arguably, the best player in college football last year. He'll make losing DCR a little easier to swallow.

watched him play a couple times in Baton Rouge...kid is really something to watch...fast..smart. Saw them kick the snot out of the 'ol ball coach...the game with the fake field goal...wild. Loved Doucet in that game also. Too bad Holiday didn't make it at NFL level...faster than greased lighting...just too small

btw...they know how to tailgate at that staduim...huge pots of gumbo and jambalaya everywhere

as a side note...having never been to the south before I was unprepared for the fact that the only people of color I saw in the whole stadium had helmets and shoulder pads on. Noboby in the stands

I love PP. He's going to be fun, fun, fun to watch.

Though I worry about him returning punts now that he's the defacto #1 CB. But he's electric, and fierce. Not afraid to tackle one bit.

I'm still shocked and happy we drafted him instead of reaching for a QB.

You and me both, and not just us. I heard A Dub on the radio a couple of days back and you could tell that PP excited him too.

He said that he had never met a more confident player ever, and that PP wants not to just be good, his goals are to be the best in the NFL.

It got me excited and the thing that was so great is you could tell that PP had him all lathered up too.

Vegas, baby, yeah!
The whole rookie thing with Wiz, I think that may not hold so true for a #5 pick. Maybe for a pick taken 16 or below, but #5 I think he changes his mind.

I would hope not. I though the reason that generally you don't want to play rookies as starters is because the game is faster and harder at this level. All the rooks have to do is mess up on a couple of big plays (especially someone like Peterson), and it could cost you a game or two.

To be fair, Linderbee got a hell of a trade on that one. :D

Who are you and why are you here? :D

Holiday is on the Texans still isn't he, he missed last year(his rookie year) on IR without playing in a single game, loved watching that kid play--exciting little guy.

Yeah, I knew the Texans drafted him but I thought he was cut, not injured. Hope he makes it
