Phelps, Hardy help US set world records (AP)

Michael Phelps and Jessica Hardy helped the U.S. men's and women's teams set short-course world records in the 4x100-meter medley relays at the Duel in the Pool on Friday. The American men clocked 3 minutes, 20.71 seconds to beat a European all-star team at Manchester Aquatics Center. Phelps swam the third leg and was joined by Nick Thoman, Mark Gangloff and Nathan Adrian.
