Phoenix Coyotes sign Brad Ference

Brad Ference will re-join the club, as he has signed a one-year deal for $600k. At that price, he will make a decent #7 depth defenseman. He has still got some potential, and defensemen usually take a few more years to develop, but he really has to quit committing so many stupid, ridiculous penalties if he ever wants to become a solid starter in the NHL.
