I finally found what I was looking for.
http://hoopshype.com/salaries/phoenix.htm

Some interesting things if I get this right:

- Grant Hill has a player option for next year and could opt out.
- Boris Diaw makes 9.000.000 US$ every year until 2012.
- Leandro Barbosa is under contract until 2010 as well (7.600.000 $)
- Free agents this year: Giricek, Skinner, Piatkowski, Marks, Johnson.
- The Suns have a team option for Steve Nash after next year.
- These are the players under contract after 2010 (2 seasons):
* Barbosa
* Diaw
* Tucker (team option)
- Stoudemire can opt out after 2010.

Basically we're stuck with the current roster for two more seasons. We could let Nash go after next year but may as well keep him if we can't get any quality young guys to rebuild. Since Seattle owns our 2010 pick, there's no point in tanking.

2010 will be critical and highly depending on Amare's decision. If he gets a new contract with Phoenix or takes his option, we'll have plenty of cap room to sign free agents that year.

Here are just some names that might be interesting and could be available at the end of 2010:
* LeBron James (player option for 2011)
* Chris Paul (qualifying offer in 2010)
* Joe Johnson (now that would be something...)
* Ray Allen (pretty old by then)
* Chris Bosh (player option for 2011)
* Manu Ginobili (pretty sure he can flop out of his contract any time)
* Carlos Boozer (player option for 2010)
* Dwayne Wade (player option for 2011)
* Mike Miller
* Darko Milicic
* Tim Thomas
* Jermaine O'Neal (old and injury-prone. mid-level and he could be interesting)
* Tracy McGrady
* Al Harrington
* Richard Hamilton
* Marcus Camby
* Dirk Nowitzki (player option for 2011)

There are definitely some players I'd like to see in a Suns uni. Not going to happen of course, but let's just pipe-dream here for a second:

PG Chris Paul (max contract)
SG Leandro Barbosa (under contract)
SF LeBron James (max contract)
PF Amare Stoudemire (new max contract)
C Jermaine O'Neal (mid level exception for one title shot)

Let's sign Nash for the veteran minimum and ask him to convince Nowitzki to come to Phoenix for a ring.

But in all seriousness, there are some very nice options here. Let's hope the Suns don't screw themselves by giving out near max - long term contracts.
Try to trade Diaw for draft picks, and I like the situation at hand.

Amare was pretty convincing when they got Nash in 2004.

I have been using that site for years, you can use it to figure out how to match salaries and find out what teams will most likely be far under the salary cap next year.

We COULD trade someone like amare or nash for draft picks for example, but it would have to be to a team with a lot of capspace OR for expiring contracts that match in value.

You MIGHT have a will trade partner in Colangelo in Toronto. Nash is Canadian and can go back to his home country and play for an immediate contender. Perhaps Kerr can squeeze out a first rounder for next year and a player for Nash.

I dont see any other trading bait on the Suns roster outside Diaw or Barbosa. Amare isnt goin anywhere unless hes disheartened with the direction the team is heading and opts out.

Send Nash to Toronto for TJ Ford/Calderon

Draft a good SF. Develop him under Hill

Look to trade Bell or LB/Diaw for a Ben Gordan type SG. One that can hold his own on D and make a layup.
