Someone who intrigues me as an UFA is ex-Miami SS Ray Ray Armstrong. He sat out last year due to being ruled ineligible (lying during an investigation) by NCAA but the dude has talent. Described as "being extremely athletic but hasn't been able to put it all together on the field to be dominant". 6'3 225 lbs. Raw, but potential is there for sure.

EDIT: Wouldn't mind using one of our 6ths on him if we felt he may get drafted.
