BRR is looking for some extra $200 right now, I guarantee!

:D

It really WAS something else, that playoff run. Amazing.
Lol

I can afford it, I just really enjoy staying home for games now. I went to two this year and the exit was miserable and I barely made it easy time due to traffic (both prime time games)

We'll see

I wonder if they'll have the Kevin Rudolph Let it Rock song back for pregame video highlights.

Before the Philly game the place was rockin during the video highlights with that song. I'll never forget that moment.

Thanks to DeAnna I was able to be there for that moment, and it was amazing. Well worth the money and the drive out from Colorado.

If we get the NFC Championship game in AZ this year, I will probably try to figure a way to get out there again.

I'm telling you, the traffic part of the games is completely frustrating. They need to find a better way to get people out of those lots. The waiting is soooooo bad, and if you want to hang out afterwards, it is forbidden and you get told to leave over and over again. It's a no-win.

The ravens game took about an hour to exit the lot. For the Bengals I parked at the church across the street but it might have been worse.

? it's not that bad.

People going to a game here or there just walk over to WestGate for a beer or dinner. Come back the lot is empty. I do that half the games.

The parking lot situation is easily the worst part of the experience. We usually never park in the stadium lot. We either park at Westgate or a hotel, if we got room. We usually pre-game at Westgate or meet up with some friends that tailgate on the lawn. After the game, we walk to Westgate and have a hang for a couple of hours before we even attempt to leave the area. I know if you tailgate and have to haul all your stuff in and out, you don't have much of a choice.
But I have some friends who live in Phx that are too cheap to pay for parking, so they use my parking pass and usually waste several hours going in/out of the lot just to save $10.

We are in Lot F. Pretty far walk to Westgate and back...but...that's actually a really, really, really good idea.

If you are in the gated lots (like F), can you come back later and get your car? Do they get all the cars out or are the gates left open? I love the idea of going and grabbing food/drinks post game. LOVE it.

I bought 2 tickets in Section 134 from NFL Ticket Exchange yesterday, taking my 13 yr old nephew to his first playoff game. Flying in Friday night leaving Sunday afternoon. The only home playoff game I have missed so far was the game against Atlanta but if the Cards would be fortunate enough to host the NFC Championship I won't be going.

Hopefully these tickets sell quickly before our opponent is determined. I wonder if some brokers are holding back tickets hoping it is the Packers or Vikings again.

If there were lower bowl tix for around $300 a pop I'd by 3 along with my two cousins. Looks like they're going for $450+ though.

I went to 5 Eagles games this year(including both pre-season games) and every time I go it reminds me of why I hate going to games. Traffic is a nightmare coming and going, the fans are 95% drunken idiots, the concessions are ridiculously overpriced($4 for a water, $5 for a Snapple, $6 for hot chocolate, and don't get me started on beer prices...$9 for Miller Light and I didn't even bring up the food), and the parking is $40 per game(I park in a remote spot where they allow law enforcement to park for free but it's a crappy lot). For 2 people you're in dutch for at least $200 before you even get into the stadium with tickets, parking, tolls, and gas. With the advent of HD and big screen TV's it's a much better time at home. However, there's nothing like being at a live game so being the glutton for punishment that I am I soldier it out.

I park in Orange, and it's a breeze.

at $200 plus per seat, I will happily watch from home. I will say though, the playoff games our super bowl year were some of the best live experiences I have ever been a part of.

Far and away my best experience was the NFC Champ game vs Philly

Walking up the great lawn, we came across an Eagle tailgate. They were surrounded by five DPS officers facing outward.

The mood even pre game was electric. Never heard it louder than when Tim Hightower scored the go ahead TD.

Btw - this may seem counter intuitive, but:

I think the Cards need to raise season ticket prices, maybe on that visiting side. There is clearly a price differential between the current price and what people are willing to pay --

Also, a season ticket holder may be willing to sell if he makes, let's say $100 a ticket, but may not if that profit goes down to $50.

I actually think there was one time louder... the end of the GB playoff game. That place was beyond bonkers on Los' game winning TD.

best video ever:

I'm down there somewhere patting Los on the helmet. What a freaking amazing game.

We're in the Orange lot, and we're in and out in no time every week. And we stay for the final gun, every time (well, except for the most recent game.. <cough> ).
We get there super early and watch the 2nd half of the early games on Sunday Ticket outside the stadium. By arriving when we do, we are able to park in the first row, just past the line of outhouses. When exiting, there is a lot exit right at the end of the row, and someone directing traffic for it to alternate with traffic coming out of the main exit. We're never sitting more then 3-5 minutes TOPS, and often drive directly out without even pausing! it's a freaking bonanza. And, that lot is still free, which is a miracle. Why Bidwill hasn't started charging for ALL lots is puzzling. In a good way.

the three-tiered escalating screaming is just awesome. You have the very loud pre-snap screaming.... the even louder scream as Rodgers is sacked and then the blow the sunroof off the stadium scream when people realize Los has the ball and is scoring the game winning TD. And then it's just mayhem. No video I've ever seen of the end of that game perfectly captures the ludicrousness of that moment for anyone inside. It felt like the that place literally exploded on that play.

that video... easily my favorite thing on Youtube.

Better view and quality of fan...

Section 124 (in the corner) row 32

or

Section 121 (more near the end zone) row 26

Same price...

Or upper deck on the 50 yard line?

Honestly, I don't even remember going from row 5 to leaning over the rail. It was like I freaking teleported. Hands down my favorite memory of the Cards.

I sat in 121 row 11 for 5 years, loved it. very rowdy and loud.

50 yard line is a better view but the upper deck is less rowdy.
