It is tied at 60 at the end of 3 quarters.

Now it's a 10 minute game.

Skylar is 1 for 9 so far.

All tied up to start the 4th. I feel like we’ve been playing better than what the score shows. Hopefully we can take this game.

Back to back 3s by the Lynx. We are down 6 now. We are missing defensive intensity. Skylar playing like crap.

Minnesota has opened up a 70-64 lead with 7:00 left in the 4th quarter.

And it looks like Peddy, having been hit in the face in the 1st half, tried
but is not coming back.

Skylar strikes me as the Stephon Marbury of the WNBA. Capable of putting up numbers and making splashy plays, but ultimately not dependable for a team that wants to win a championship. I wish we still had Bonner and Mitchell instead.

Diana was Rookie of the Year in the WNBA 16 years ago. Wow!

And I agree with you about my favorite Mercury, DeWanna Bonner.

She played so many roles and stepped up to cover for Diana when
necessary. And led the Mercury in rebounding, despite playing with
Griner on the floor.

The Mercury are down by 3 with 2 minutes to go.

The rookie Dangerfield really steps up in the 4th quarter.

Phoenix down by one with 15 seconds to go
and Minnesota has the ball, but misses.

The Mercury with a chance for another come
from behind victory, but turn over the ball.

Damn. Lost by 1. Great season overall though considering all the loss we had. I will be rooting for the Aces to win it all. Screw LA and Screw Seattle.

In all fairness, we won the first elimination game
by one point with a 3-pointer at the buzzer.

Single elimination games are the pits.

In the post-Taurasi era, we need to build around someone better than Griner and Skylar.

Brittney's "skill" is her height. As a Center, she is quite skinny. A tall Wing.

Also an irregular scorer, despite her stats. And, as mentioned, not a
dominant rebounder, having been outrebounded by DeWanna every
season. And not a clutch player.

We're better off with a bulky role-playing Center, as Griner's
mysterious disappearance has proven, when we went on a
winning streak.

It will be interesting to see what happens when she returns.

I think we should trade her...
