Kawhi is taking KD’s soul lol. He’s lockdown. Now are we going to rest both KD and Book since they both played the whole first quarter….c’mon boys WAKE UP!!!!

Pretty discouraging 1st quarter to say the least. And Monty continues to give Shamet tons of playing time even though hes giving the Suns nothing out there.
I have no idea what he’s doing out there. Can’t play defense, can’t hit a shot, just takes up space.

Glad to see Monty made a bunch of adjustments lol. I’m done with Monty unless he somehow wins a title this year, doesn’t look promising. It feels like anytime we are up against a decent coach he gets outcoached badly! These guys are just wound so tight can’t seem to do anything right and it’s such BS they didn’t have Saban on the playoff roster knowing our PGs are walking injuries!

This is where I’m at… Kawhi > KD (this was not the case 2-3 years ago).
Zubac is more effective than DA.
Westbrook is more impactful than CP3.
And the Clippers bench, which is league average, is light-years better than the Suns bench.

It’s gonna take Herculean efforts from Book and KD to merely give the Suns a chance. And I can’t even imagine what this would look like if Paul George was playing!

Becoming clear that if the injuries were reversed two years ago and it was George who was hurt instead of Kawhi the suns would not have made the finals. Hes the best player on the court at this point.

Hopefully this off-season Ishbia realizes there is way too much talent in this team, at least the core, to continue to be mediocre with Monty Williams and James Jones.
