I know there are more, but these are mine:
1. Seattle-Mike Adams climbs the ladder in the end zone and uses a fingernail to knock away a potential winning pass to a much taller WR (Baldwin??).
2. NE-Gostowski missing the FG.
3. Phila-Rhodes sack of MV which caused the fumble that Sanders returned for a TD.
4. Miami-Game tying pass from KK to AR.

Some are obvious, but I'm sure you have some, that are less so.

Good list...

Here's a few others I thought of off the top of my head:

1. Kolb's GW TD pass vs. Seattle

2. The blocked punt vs Pats (first time in the game I thought "holy crap, we might actually do this!")

3. Kolb TD to Fitz vs. Philly

4. GW field goal vs. Miami

5. Ryan Williams big run in 4th quarter vs. Philly

1. Seattle. Admas breaking that TD pass

2. NE: Kolb TD. He got me by surprise

3. PHI: the hit on Vick and return fumble

4. Miami: They missed the FG at the start of the 3rd. 13-0 down that would have made it 16-0 and 3 scores to overcome.

Defining plays of the first quarter of the season.

Seattle: Kolb's no huddle TD drive that would end up being the game winning score

New England: Blocking the punt to the 2 yard line. That play represents what that game was about for the Cardinals

Philadelphia: Kerry Rhodes stopping Desean Jackson from scoring to set up that fumble to end the half

Miami: Kolb's TD throw to Roberts on 4th down to push it to OT

The only one I disagree with is #4. The defining play of Sunday's game vs Miami was Daryl Washington's sack/fumble. They were driving, inside Cardinals territory, and time was limited. The only way we have a chance is with a turnover and Washington got it for us.
