Turns out Jake Plummer really is a snake.

A rumor making the rounds on Arizona State fan message boards has Plummer getting cold feet and calling off his wedding in Hawaii only 90 minutes before the ceremony over the weekend.

An NFL source in the know confirmed that, in fact, the wedding did not go off as planned but would not provide details or reasons for the sudden change of heart. The on-again, off-again couple met while Plummer was playing at ASU.

We're guessing the reception planned here in Arizona a couple of weeks from now is also off, and we better get that George Foreman Grill back.

I thought he kept trying to throw it to the womens side but for some reason it kept floating and wobbling like a duck until it went into and was caught by the men 10 feet behind.

Ouchie, my wife knows her and says she is "drop dead" gorgeous. She's one of these gals who don't need make-up and is one of the sweetest people my wife has ever met. I hope she goes after that jerk for palimony.

40yearfan: not sure of the specific "living arrangements" between Jake and Ms. Flores....but 7 years together is common law in arizona...they have been together seven years (probably more like 8 years if she was his college sweetheart) - but I have no idea if they ever lived together..but if they did - you might be onto something..

Yes- they did live together - how ever she kept her condo & would not "fully commit to moving in" with him here. SHe would not go to Denver with him unless she got the ring.

He reluctantly gave her the rock & she followed him to Denver...

She was real pissed after the altar incident - one side of the group (either her group or his group) switched hotels & they booked separate flights home.

She's madder than a hive full of hornets....
