IMO interior passing is getting inside the lane and passing the ball to a teammate near the basket for a dunk or layup. Without watching all whole bunch of last year's games again there's really no way to show that Marbury does not excel at interior passing. However I doubt he averaged more than one assist per game last year from my definition of interior passing.

I honestly can't think of a current NBA player that really excels at interior passing. Kobe Bryant is the only guy that comes to mind. He drives to the basket, and when defenders come over to help he finds the open man close to the basket. John Stockton and Kevin Johnson were very, very good interior passers.

Martin gets some points from his fastbreaks.
This past season he improved significantly his one-on-one play and his midrange J became more reliable (that was not too difficult).

2 years ago, how do you think Todd Maculugh scored downlow?
MacCullough was a finesse offensive player with good post-up moves.

How do you think guys like Aaron Williams and Jason Collins score downlow? (or is it Jared?)
Aaron Williams has a fine mid-range J.

With the exception of Martin, these guys don't really have moves at all what-so-ever (or in Macullugh's case, properly functioning nerves and especially not moves), but they still got a lot of dunks.
With the exception of Collins those guys do have moves or are decent shooters.
And all of them except Collins are better offensive players than Tsakalidis, Voskuhl or Outlaw.

Maybe Marbury is better, but not significantly.
Yes, Marbury is better.Significantly,IMO.
