Feel free to post your own mock draft.

Here's my 3.0 list:

RD. 1 (07) – Chance Warmack OG, Alabama
Pro Bowl potential and possibly the safest pick in the draft. Fills both BPA and need criteria. It's time to bring a physical presence to our OL, and bolster a running game that was ranked 32nd in the NFL. Yes, 32nd.

RD. 2 (38) – Barrett Jones C, Alabama
His name has been awfully quiet recently. With the emergence of Frederick and Schwenke, look out for a possible slip to the 2nd. Paired up with his former teammate, Chance Warmack, these two will be a dominant force up front.

RD. 3 (69) – Phillip Thomas FS, Fresno State
We all know about our safety situation. This guy is fast, physical, and fluid. Slide Rhodes over to SS (where he played very well this past season in place of an injured AW), and we've got one hell of a secondary.

RD. 4 (100) – Tyrann Mathieu CB, LSU
He didn't exactly "impress" at the combine. However, he's got plenty of talent and is well worth the risk at 100. Leaders like Patrick Peterson and Larry Fitzgerald will keep him on the straight and narrow. Too small? Tell that to Antoine Winfield.

RD. 5 (133) – Nico Johnson ILB, Alabama
Cardinals defense were ranked 28th against the run. With that said, we need changes at ILB (Lenon isn't getting any younger, either). Insert Johnson, who has played in a 3-4 scheme at Alabama and often over-shadowed by other teammates.

RD. 6 (164) – Sean Renfree QB, Duke
Keim said it, we need to draft a QB every year. Well here he is. Arizona native and a possible sleeper.

RD. 6 (Vikings) – Michael Williams TE, Alabama
Arians loves to run a double TE set. He also loves it when his TE's can block. Williams can do just that.

I am a fan. Only thing is Barrett Jones at #38 is a reach (given his current and past injury issues). BJ in the 3rd would be amazing.

Love Porkchop and the safeties. Roll Cards Roll.

I have to disagree with this. I still consider him as the best Center and a 1st round pick, even with his injury. A lot of players from the Alabama team are injured in some way, shape, or form. Milliner has a torn labrum and Lacy has a torn hamstring, but you don't see that hurting their draft stock.

Let him heal, and grabbing him in the 2nd is great value. Highly doubt he will be falling to the 3rd round.

Just saw Cards cut Bradley.
Figuring Doucet,King next and a Kolb restructure deal.

Rd 1. Dion Jordan OLB Oregon-Cards decide to beef up pass rush because Schofield can`t stay healthy .

Rd 2.Desmond Trufant CB Washington-Too big a talent to pass on and Cards thinking BPA.

Rd3. Kyle Long T-G Oregon-too much potential to pass over and will offer good depth while learning the pro game.

Rd 4.Mike Gillislee RB Florida-could win the RB starting spot because others can`t stay healthy.

Rd 5. A.J.Klein ILB Iowa State-smart tough versatile type.

Rd 6. Joe Kruger DE Utah-solid DE backup

Rd6. Adrian Bushnell CB Louisville-Tough feisty guy for depth

How about a little depth? Especially when you have two RB's made of glass.

:newcards:

If Smith or Barkley are there I take one of them with our first pick as I think Wilson will slide to round 2. I see at least 2 QB s go in round one. The less talk I hear about Wilson the higher I think he will go. I cannot believe you did not have a QB until round 6. Why bother at that point. Might as well go for BPA.

I thought we only had two 6th round picks?

If I'm not mistaken, we received two 6th round picks from the Vikings for the A.J. Jefferson trade. (Our 7th round pick was included in the trade)

http://www.dailynorseman.com/2013/1/13/3871666/minnesota-vikings-2013-nfl-draft-selections

So, it appears that the trade that the Vikings made with the Arizona Cardinals involved the Cards sending A.J. Jefferson and Arizona's seventh-round pick in the 2013 NFL Draft to Minnesota in exchange for both of the Vikings' sixth-round selections. I'm guessing it took us this long to find anything out because something was based on performance or playing time or something that couldn't be determined until after the conclusion of the season.

You are mistaken, that was a Vikings message board rumor. We only recieved the highest of their two 6th rounders.

Gotcha. I also saw that on the official Cardinals forum. Good bye Cierre Wood!

There are no QBs in this draft worth our 1st. With a restructure for Kolb and added depth, I can see the Cards push towards an upgraded line then grab a QB next year.
