You can hit "upload a file" but i dont know what files are possible. You could always upload to youtube and then post the youtube linik.

It doesn't appear to recognize video files. I'm sure because they're too large. YouTube is probably the easiest option and it will accept MP4 files. And, no nudity, MrYB. Please.
