In response to Carson for MVP, Peterson should be at the top of the list for Defensive MVP or D player of the year, whichever award it is.

He's gone against a who's/who of WR's this year and shut every one them down. He's at the top of his game and it will hard to find a defensive player that has had a better year.

I can't argue with that Cbus. Good thoughts.

Peterson went from underachieving to a true mvp type of player. He has impressed me this year.

The votes will be split with honey badger I would love to see it but outside of cardinal fans most would think Sherman is the best cb in the league

What I love about our guys is they don't care, Larry and Carson have both said they don't care they just want a ring. Peterson would probably enjoy the recognition as any CB would but I think he wants a ring more as well. Hope all of them get it all!

I've actually heard more love for Josh Norman of Carolina this year than either PP or Sherman.

Well, this year in some games Carroll has had Sherman shadowing the #1 receiver, which is a huge departure from his previous role of just playing one side of the field...In those game, he's been pretty well exposed and he just got his first INT last week.

Too bad he's not returning punts for TDs like his rookie year, that would help bolster his resume.
