We're going to see one of two games:

Option One: Same Old Cards

Might as well not have gotten off the plane. Pats are up big by halftime and we're laughed out of New England.

Pats 35, Cards 14 (on garbage points)

Option Two: Same New Cards

The Cards will jump out to a surprising lead. Then, sometime in the 3rd Quarter, they will let the Pats complete a couple of quick-strikes to get back in the game. Cards wake up in the 4th quarter and it is a sprint to the finish. Do they have enough in the tank to pull out the surprise win?

Pats 27 (mostly scored in the second half), Cards 24 (mostly scored in the first half)

I refuse to be fodder for the Pats boards. "Hey, Look at this. Cards fans know they suck, lol." The best thing about Boston is that planes fly out of there and head West.

27 -24 Cards.

27-26 cards. Last second FG wins it for us.

We score 3 tds, 2 fg's.

NE scores 2 tds, 4 fg's.

Next week we are ranked the 18th best team in the weekly power rankings, lol.

I'd like to hear the story behind this name-drop...
Saw him, his brother, a few coaches & players at the hotel bar on Sat night & had a few beers with him. He even talked to me about 10 mins on Sunday before the game...what a butt whipping we received that day! :bang:

I really tried to avoid making a prediction but then Section 11 started that thread and I can't go against his gut feelings.

Cards 30 Pats 26.

We will need TO's, heavy pressure on Brady and ST's to make 2 major plays.

Cardinals are the biggest underdog of the week by a lot. Every suicide pool participant has New England this week. With absolutely no victory expectations whatsoever, the Cardinals can play the "Let's Shock the World" card. I'm not saying we'll win this game, but don't be surprised if we give the Patriots quite a scare. On the other hand, we can come out & just play like we usually do on the East Coast. Take the points as the Cardinals play with a huge chip on their shoulder. Kolb gets injured, Lindley comes off the bench & throws for 300 yds, 2tds, 2 picks.

Cards 24
Patriots 31

Cards 31, Patriots 28. :p Ok, that's enough crazy talk from me. :p

Cards 14, Patriots 31. They're a lot better team than us and we're on the road.

Hmm... Did anyone else notice that the Seahawks didn't even bother asking their rookie QB to throw to a guy who's a pretty good tight end? Not even in the red zone? Not even when they needed a TD?

Cards D stiffens in the green zone and red zone, forcing field goals.
Cards O does just enough.

Cards 27 - New England 19

You're welcome, everyone.

Wow! I love being dumb. Cards beat them. Beat them good. I was wrong.
