Our terrible run O has been better than your run O this post season. I don't care what teams you have played if your O was any good it would do better than 2.9 and 2.1 YPC.

Your D also hasn't played an offense that can actually dominate through the air.

You are in for a rude awakening.

Well what you don't get is their backs are versatile. Doesn't matter how many yards they run for. They can catch the ball.

Maybe McNabb will play for the tie after our D stiffles him. Then when it goes into Dbl over time he will already be walking to the locker room thinking "they told me games can end in ties"

Hey Russ, he is the best poster on this board. He is the reason we post on ASFN. His posts get the most responses...ever.

We should do whatever he wishes. If that means making new predictions for him, so be it.

:sarcasm:

he's the new skorp!!!

don't ban me, don't ban me . . . i wuz just kidding. he couldn't hold skorp's jock!

I note you dropped the 6th passing number thing cold? I was expecting something like passer rating is stupid or what's YPA.

See the point you're missing is none of us have any control over how much the Cards will run Sunday. And you have no control over what the Eagles will do.

I hope the Cards run a lot Sunday, that would indicate we were ahead and running the clock. If we run very little it probably means we're playing catchup.

Since you like yards so much I'm not sure why you think the Eagles 22nd ranked rushing attack is better than the Falcons(2nd) or Panthers(3rd) were?

The stat is what it is, sixth in the league in passing yardage. What were you in rushing?

I didn't say we did rush better than those two. Did I?

So are you going to START with running or passing?

Fine, run, run, and run some more. NOTHING would make the Eagles happier.

if we're running, and running, and running some more you realize you're likely in BIG trouble because it means we're sitting on a sizable lead. this coaching staff won't run just to run. they make adjustments.

Oops.

Russ. You are forgetting they are more versatile.

And Edgerrin is really a top ten back and you guys are a running team, sure.

I'm not disputing that, but we played better offenses already. The Eagles played better defenses.
The main point is there is a big difference between playing a relatively meaningless regular season game on the road on a short week (the week was shorter for the Cards because of travel but the Eagles fans seem to ignore this), and a home elimination game. My score prediction was tongue in cheek in reality I think it will be a hard fought defensive struggle on both sides, something like 17-16 Arizona.

I want you to think you CAN run and run and run some more, right from the start.

Actually, I think it's kind of sissy.

it's called efficient. the rest of the planet understands seeking efficiency. i guess that concept is lost on you. i suppose if efficiency is sissy we could all go back the philly method of advance mathematics, "i got 10 fingers and 10 toes . . . that makes 24, sweet!"

What is his average vs Westbrook's the last 3 games? And please don't tell me the Panters and Falcons are no good.

Not good D's, sorry. Vikings and Giants are two of the top run D's in football.

Man I am sorry. My post was all sarcasm. This guy has been going on about how versatile Westbrook is and ignoring the fact he isn't playing well right now.

okay, i think that. but what i think makes no difference unless that last minute call comes in from whis to take over play calling [waiting with baited breath for the phone to ring]. do you really think i CARE what you WANT? i want you to continue to evidence your ignorance and guess what, i'm pretty sure i'm gonna get what i want! sweeeeet!

Yes versus Giants and Vikings run D, look up where they are in the league at that. Now look up Carolina and Atlanta. Go ahead.

Hey, like I said, please attempt to run often. I would be very happy.

Compare Michael Turner to Westbrook, and tell me they are the same. Go ahead.

I will compare their seasons. Turner was awesome and Westbrook watched alot. He has come on recently though as evidenced by his YPC.
