PREDICT THE SCORE: Cards vs Rams

Not looking good for the Cards. Oline is a mess. Bunch of injuries. Road game. Short week.

Rams 23

In a van...down by the river.
16-13
Rammies

Brutally physical game decided late because of Kolb making a mistake in a game full of offensive mistakes on both sides.

Cards are a slightly better overall team right now(talent and experience),but these young Rams have learned how to win close games at home under Fisher.

Rams have not scored an offensive touchdown in two games. Cards are simply better. :)

If Cards can beat SEA, NE, PHI, and MIA, they can beat STL.

Cards 23-Rams 12.

Prisco's Pick

Arizona Cardinals at St. Louis Rams - 8:20 p.m.

This is a now a big game for the Cardinals, who lead the division with a 4-0 record. The Rams upset the Seahawks on Sunday and can make it back-to-back against division foes here. This is the first road game for Arizona since beating New England three weeks ago. On a short week, this is a tough test; the Rams are playing better. But I think the Cardinals defense comes up big here. It's tight.

Rams 21, Cardinals 18

But then, when you go to the "Expert Picks" section, Prisco has the Cards winning. I am so confused. 5 of the 8 have St. Louis winning. But I am not worried. 5 of 8 also have the Bills beating SF.

Rams didn't score a TD because they played 2 very legit Ds in SEA and CHI. Unfortunately for them, now they have to play another. As much as I can understand posters' worry about mistakes on offense, I think Kolb will come out of last week bursting with confidence. He had quite an ugly game, getting crushed all day, 2 awful picks, etc. But he, and his team, kept it together and fought tooth and nail for that W. It's the kind of game great teams win. Fitz said it perfectly when he said before guys would have hung their heads and gave up. But not this team. I know it soulds crazy, but I'm actually encouraged by last game

I think both teams will be a bit beat up, which will allow the defenses to limit opportunities. We win a low scoring affair.

Cards 20, Rams 17. :) Yet another game with drama late as the Cards manage to somehow to hang on. :)

I was thinking the Cards could loose but now that the media has said "we will loose" my feelings have shifted to the Cards winning...
