The first wave of 2025 NFL free agency is over, but there are still a lot of promising players available to sign.
We've rounded up 20 of the most intriguing names out there and tried to find new homes for them to continue their careers.
Some of these players would immediately slot in on the depth chart as starters, and others would join contending teams as valuable rotational pieces.
Let's run down who these players are, where we predict they sign and why those signings would make sense.
The Cowboys need a good receiver to pair opposite of CeeDee Lamb, and Diggs could stay in Texas and return to the NFC to help Dallas contend for the division.
The Patriots need to get reliable receivers for quarterback Drake Maye, and Cooper still has gas left in the tank. He'd be a good option for an offense trying to establish a new identity.
Speaking of the New England offense, the team needs a left tackle, and Robinson is the best one available. He could slide right in and give the Patriots solid play to keep Maye upright.

Lockett can rejoin coach Pete Carroll and quarterback Geno Smith in Las Vegas, as both know how dangerous Lockett can be, even at this point in his career.
The Eagles can help with some of the losses sustained on the defensive line by adding Smith, a wily veteran pass rusher who can rotate in and out of Philly's ferocious defensive front.
Mosley is the kind of veteran leader in the middle of the defense who could help a Rams team trying to contend for a championship. He could immediately slot in next to Omar Speights at linebacker.
Allen could fit right in with the Cardinals next to Marvin Harrison Jr. and Michael Wilson at wide receiver and give quarterback Kyler Murray a good veteran option in the passing game.
Scherff could slot in at right guard for the Eagles, who just lost Mekhi Becton to the Los Angeles Chargers. The team brought in guard Kenyon Green as a reclamation project, but Scherff provides more stability.
Samuel visiting the Cardinals makes a ton of sense, given Arizona's need for another starting cornerback. Samuel might not be elite, but he's still young, feisty and productive.
The 49ers need more help on the defensive line, and Ojulari is the exact kind of player who goes to San Francisco, thrives for a bit and then gets paid elsewhere down the road.
The Titans could use an upgrade at the nickel cornerback spot, and Hilton is one of the best in the business. He could follow former Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator Brian Callahan to Tennessee.
The Broncos seem like the perfect place for Dobbins to continue his comeback, as he'd fit like a glove into Sean Payton's offense and give quarterback Bo Nix another weapon on offense.
The Commanders could continue bringing in free agents with White, who could slot next to Bobby Wagner and Frankie Luvu and give Washington a formidable trio at linebacker.
Douglas could join the red-hot Vikings, who need additional cornerback help. He remains a steady starter.
The Giants have always made the most sense for Rodgers, who could stay in New York and play for a team desperate for at least some stability at quarterback. New York could go ahead and draft his replacement, too.
If Wilson can't find a starting job, he could back up J.J. McCarthy in Minnesota with the Vikings. If McCarthy isn't ready to go for 2025 for whatever reason, Wilson could start in the interim.
Campbell deserves to at least play in another Super Bowl, and joining the Chiefs would give him an excellent chance of doing so. Kansas City would be lucky to add somebody like Campbell to the defensive line.
Jenkins is set to meet with the Seahawks, and that team desperately needs help on the offensive line. Jenkins could fill a guard spot instantly for the franchise.
The Bengals need some experience in the cornerback room, and Gilmore could provide plenty of it.
The Texans trading away Laremy Tunsil creates a void at left tackle, and Houston could try and solve it by bringing in a stalwart veteran like Smith. Even with his injury history, he could help the Texans out up front.
