2019 - not good so far, but they did snag Amari Cooper using their first pick, and Tony Pollard is about as good as Chase Edmonds. We'll see what happens with McGovern.

2018 - Leighton Vander Esch is a potential star and was ranked #4 of all linebackers in his rookie year by PFF, contributing 140 tackles. Connor Williams is a starter. Michael Gallup is also a starter, completely obliterating Christian Kirk in all stats, who was drafted a round earlier.

2017 - Chidobe Awuzie is a starting CB, Xavier Woods is a starting S.

2016 - Zeke, Jaylon Smith, Maliek Collins, Dak Prescott, all starters or stars.

Maybe you should take a look back man, that's nothing like what we have. 4 starters in the same period, and nowhere near the same amount of players still on the roster.

One name to keep an eye on as Kingsbury remakes staff: San Francisco 49ers DL coach Kris Kocurek, who played with Kingsbury at Texas Tech. Has been defensive line coach in NFL since 2010

I mentioned him a while back as a potential DC replacement for VJ. 2 reasons why. 1. He played with KK at TT. 2. The 49ers defense is doing so well.

I guess we've just talked about so many players you think "suck" that I don't know who in this league you think is actually good. Guys I think are stars or borderline great players are the only ones you never think suck. When I hear suck, I think of Haason Reddick or Brandon Williams, guys who should genuinely not be backups, much less starters.

Cooper is going to get 16-18m/year and doesn't show up half the time. He is good but not dominant/worth that contract. Someone will pay it but I hope its not us.

They won three more games than we did, in a division where a 9-7 record was good enough to win it. In that same division, we would have easily been at least 8-8 with a rookie QB and head coach. Just because they start more draft picks doesn't mean they draft better. It just means the draft picks are better than what they had before (likely other draft picks).

This is the first time I’ve thought Dallas could let go of Cooper... 1.) because he’s soft and doesn’t produce on the road 2.) Dak came back to earth and they’ll need to use the tag on him. Thought they’d use it on Cooper a few weeks ago.

I’d steer clear on him for anything that’s near top-5 money or we’ll have another Watkins/Cooks on our hands. We need to improve the OL and Kyler needs to hit the open guys better.

If I'm going to make a move at WR, I'm doing it through free agency, so I find someone who has shown they can really dominate. If we get Lamb or Jeudy and they just fade into our poor-but-young WR corps? Ugh. I'm tired of throwing draft assets at unknowns with Keim in charge.

Their coaching also is heavily suspect. The roster has largely been considered to be one of the best in the NFL. Let's keep in mind, our picks aren't even good enough to beat other draft picks. We have 0 players from 2016, they have 4. We have 2 from 2017, one who is worth cutting. We have 3 from last year.

We're drafting guys who can't even step foot on the field. I don't care if the Cowboys haven't lived up to expectations, at least they have some guys who showed up for the job.

Watched a lot of A Cooper ...major letdown. No charisma, stone hands iffy consistency. Hard pass for me.

I'm totally shocked you think Kamara is a star. I thought he'd grade out poorly. Nonetheless, fun exercise, we'll do it again sometime.
