For sure. Boldin has dominated Fitz in recent weeks. I can't imagine his numbers if he hadn't missed any games. I think he should at least get a reserve spot.

Props to Wilson and Dansby! Oh and Fitz and Rackers too! (even though they obvious choices). Does anyone know in which year we have had the most pro-bowlers? Nice showing this year. Add to it the thought that we could have 6 in there and we start to look like a team that can do some damage.

But you have to take into account especially last week the DC of the Redskins or someone else pointed out they they were rolling coverage over to Fitz side not Boldins side. I would be willing to bet the same can be said for a lot of other games this year.

I really have to wonder about these picks: Troy Polamalu, Shields, Nick Ferguson, Brunell, Strong, Jansen, Pace, Dansby, Rhonde Barber, and possibly Mathis (as a ST). I really think other guys should have made the PB roster, if I was doing it, such as Chris Hope, Ben Hamilton, Vick, Brian Kelly, Andre Frazier (ST from Steelers), Willie Anderson, and Justin Griffith all have played well enough to make it.

My most vivid Cardinal Pro Bowl memory is Jim Hart throwing something like 5 or 6 INT's one year. It was nuts, every throw would get picked, some were his fault, some were tipped, one the WR fell down, it was the most snake bitten QB thing you ever saw. I am pretty sure he still holds the record for INT's thrown in a single pro bowl.

Is Lance Briggs on that list? Oh, he's the starter.

Don't Barnett, and Tatupu play MLB? That's why they're not listed. Urlacher is noted as the starter on the list at MLB. Pierce is the alternate.

I agree with Big Davis that without McNabb or Culpepper, Vick should be a lock to go to the Pro Bowl. He's right that someone has to go.

Hmmm...I like Dansby but I dont know if he is better than those guys!

But what is the total package. Sacks, Forced fumbles, fumble recovery, ints, TFL, PD's. Plus take a look at that thread about the TE's being put into check against our team. Dansby is a big reason for that and that doesnt show on the stats sheet. Not saying he should go ahead of those guys just that he should be a consideration when you take the whole picture.

Prisco has forgot about Drew Bledsoe. He will proburbly get the nod as a reserve over Manning or Brunell IMO.
