Prosecutors seek to jail Jayson Williams (AP)

Prosecutors in New Jersey want a judge to finally sentence former basketball star Jayson Williams for covering up the shooting of a hired driver more than seven years ago. The Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office filed the request Wednesday. Prosecutors cited Williams' arrest over the Memorial Day weekend in North Carolina on an assault charge as the reason to put Williams behind bars.
