Leinart

I agree Warner is better at this point is will take us to the most wins this year, but I need to see Matt fail first. If he isn't the answer we need to know ASAP. We already know that Rackers will lose a few games for us this year, so if Matt is stinking i up he has to be pulled quick. If he starts slow, I would like to see Kurt run the no huddle for a few series a game.

Warner.

Not because "he is a sure thing" or that "we know what we have".

He is coming off a great end of last season. He is poised, and ready to go. He says he has never felt better, and thinks he deserves the spot. He is hungry, out to prove something, and is in a contract year.

ALSO, it takes the pressure off Matt, who didn't seem to handle it very well, at least not at the Raiders game. Gives him some time to step back and see if he really wants it or not. Plus if he has to be used, it will be without Warner breathing down his neck.

Furthmore, if there is a competition, from what we have heard...rumors, whispers and what not.....Warner has been winning it.

Some one put it best, "No shame in backing up Warner" especially when he is on.

Do the coaches agree with my assumptions of the situation? We will see.

The pole wsn't up yet when I posted. I changed my vote though as your second post was very persuasive.

Today we agreed on something AND I changed your mind on another issue.

That's it. I am going to down to have a snowball fight with Satan.

I think Leinart still. I am just weery of putting Warner in and getting injured. Even though our running game is improved and could help on that account. I am on the ropes. But I think we still go with the QB we are trying to build

Whichever one the Coach says. I do not believe any of us know more about the players, the team, or the game of football than he does. Based on my information and knowledge, I know what I would do, but I am not The Coach. So many unexpected things can happen, winning is the only measure of success. No matter which choice is made, it should be judged by wins and losses. Let's see what The Coach has, can he break the sophmore jinx for AZ coaches?

Leinart. We need to know now if we have a QBOF or need to get one. Warner is a short term fix that may or may not do what he did last year. He has the ability, like many others, to be 2 different QB's. A world beater or a loser.

Somebody tell me what happened to the kid who was a combined 46-77 for 485 yards 4 TDs and 1 INT in his first two NFL starts.

Is he still around? I'd like to know before I vote.

Warner, but somehow I would like to see Matt get some playing time. Just don't know it that could be arranged.

I picked Leinart only because Morelli and St. Pierre were not available options.

I'm still torn, though I'm FAR more open to Warner as a starter now than I was before the Raiders' game. I just don't think this team is a contender with Warner at the helm, and if Leinart is indeed our QBoF (which, sadly, seems to be in question...at least this week) then starting him all season will only help us to become a contender in the coming seasons (ie. 2009/2010).

I still think Leinart. That was the worst game that he has ever played. It happens. I'm not too stuck to the idea though. I just want to win. You can't preach the future to a Cardinals fan.

I thought that the Oakland game was Matt's chance to truly earn the starting role. However he did the exact opposite.

Warner has been the most consistant throughout the preseason and I now believe he gives us the best chance to win on opening day.

I'm not down on Lienart I just don't think he is ready just yet.

Warner. We need to win now and the first part of the season is our best chance. If we blow that first game to the Niners, we are toast.

We have to win those first 2 games if we are going to chalenge Seattle n my opinion. The last half of the schedule is too tough to be losing to teams u are supposed to spank
