Not looking to be reemed here lol just curious if anyone would take a QB at #29, say if Paxton Lynch or Connor Cook, Dakota Prescott (or someone else) was available? Not worth it? Worth a try? Anyone worth it at #29?

Don't think there will be any QB at #29 that the Cards would take. However, could see them taking one with their 3rd round pick. Guess it just depends on their draft board. They have worked out a lot of QBs.

I don't want a QB at 29.

I would hate a QB at any round this year.

I know a 7th rd pick isn't a big investment but BASK made that investment with Barkley so they need to give him a chance this offseason to show what he has.

Maybe I'm a traditionalist, but I think you ride Palmer until he can't go anymore, then you stink for one year after that, and then you draft a QB with a high #1. You give up 1 year, but then if (huge if!) you choose your QB right, you're set for a decade. Russell Wilson and Tom Brady are late round anomalies that just don't happen that often, most late round QBs ride the pine or become the John Skeltons of the NFL.
