I still don't know what I think of Bridgewater.

He's an extremely accurate passer, has a great touch, and throws an excellent deep ball. Completing 72% of his passes with 16 TD's and 1 Int so far this season. Decent size at 6'3" and 200 pounds. He's a pocket QB, not known as a running threat.

Also, he's from Miami. Charlie Strong recruits a lot of players from Florida.

Being a Louisville fan and watching Bridgewater for 3 years now IMHO he will do just fine in the NFL.He has enough arm and some agility. He will have the usual growing pains but he has the reputation of being a hard working kid who has his head on straight.Plus he is a team guy first.

Hey BW, what's the local buzz there, any chance he'll stay at Louisville for his senior year?

Amazing to think there will probably be 6-8 quarterbacks as good or better than Geno Smith and Mike Glennon in next year's draft.

Right now it looks like we're drafting in the teens. Too low to get the best 2 or 3 guys, but able to draft the next Brandon Weeden, Josh Freeman, or Christian Ponder. :bang:

In that case, I do like the idea of nabbing our QBOTF in the second or third round. [See the San Francisco 49ers and the Seattle Seahawks.]

Taylor Kelly = Max Hall. Actually Max may have had a stronger arm but not as accurate. Either way neither are NFL caliber players.

Hundley is the guy I want. Have a feeling he won't be there however if our defense keeps this up.

Jameis Winston will be a top 2-3 QB prospect EVER maybe number one depending on how good his W-L record is at FSU. Not a flaw to the kid and ive been studying him for weeks. You sell 3 Farms to get that guy in 2015.

Next year? Im staking my hitch to Marcus Mariota and have for a year. Smarter Kaep with more touch. He was getting no love until last few weeks now seen him as #2 prospect in some places. Dude is off the charts.

Nothing like Winston though. They dont make boys like him at QB historically. Lebron James of NFL watch.

I'm a big Hogan fan the one thing on him is he has a tendency to wind up before he throws that he'll have to fix, not all the time but on the longer throws he needs a more compact release. A summer with Tedford would do him wonders.

I think Winston is the best one I've seen, I've just seen clips of him though not real games but he looks to be the best one to me.

Amazing how different football is to basketball, can you imagine kids like Winston and Hogan(and luck before him) agreeing to redshirt if they were basketball players?

If you have no quarterback of the future on your roster and you feel you identified him in the draft and he is available...YOU DRAFT HIM AS SOON AS YOU GET THE CHANCE. Screw style points for winning the draft game of getting the guy at value. No QB, and your team has no shot.
