For thick cuts of meat do you ever sear the outside and then place the cast iron pan and the meat in the oven? Works fantastically. I heat the oven to 275 to cook it nice and slow to 135.

After I get through this batch of one inch ribeyes, I'm going to give that a try as well.

Also, my wife found some ghee at Sprouts so I'm ready for Sunday Funday steak dinner!

Try basmati rice sometime with stir fry. We prefer it over the standard white rice.

Dang it I had the use of now right the first time but I changed it for some odd reason.

Just don't let @Brian in Mesa see your mistake and you'll be fine. ;)

I also put a little chicken or beef base (depending on the main protein) in with the rice's water to bump up the flavor a bit.

Have you ever noticed the spell check sorta turns off and on at times? One moment it shows a word is misspelled but then the function often goes away.

Ironically if I post a word misspelled and I go back to edit, it will show that the word is misspelled and allow me to correct it.
