Lindley is a POS, Stanton isn't anything of a marquee player and Palmer is arguably good but he's the stop gap between our newly imported Warner-esque franchise QB. This thread will be tentative and updated as talent emerges or is available.

Soooo......

With the giants stinking it up in NY and many years removed from a super bowl could it be possible that they would like to clean house especially with rumors of a coughlin retirement building steam. I say we give a second in 2014 and a conditional in 2015 for eli manning. I really like this scenario because the last franchise QB we had a Super Bowl ring, this one has 2. Greybeard and Eli were both giants and as a matter of fact greybeard even mentored a young Eli to make him the QB who would win 2 sb rings. Think he is the QB meant to lead cardinals into future and many victories. Thoughts?

Fun fact: Carson Palmer's and Eli Manning's career passing stats are almost identical.

Peyton would be in a wheelchair.

The broncos line isn't better than ours it just looks that way because of Peyton manning with his quick reads, good decision making, and fast release makes up for a poor line

I know this is crazy but I think Arizona should try out Pat White. At the very least he has the mobility to make it work with Arizona's OL.

This..

Kurt did the same thing (to a lesser extent of course) A QB with a quick mind and release can go a long way in polishing a turd.

We are going to outplay our chances at this, btw I think 10 and awesome in the qualification of 2014 QB's are a bit exaggerated.

Absolute crazy talk. You MIGHT be able to make that argument a bit this season with the loss of clady and coppen, but please dont use us losing our starting OG to injury as a comparison. I will let you say that the fact that our BEST (hands down) OLman was a rookie before his injury is atrocious in and of itself, however.

Peyton Manning would have been able to mitigate the terribleness of our OL last year, true. For about 3 games, then he would have been sent to Canton early. Except his bust would have been headless thanks to our OL.

We do not require a new QB. So soon you forget how Kurt struggled her the first season here god guys get a life. Carson will be fine. Our OL still leaves a lot to be desired. :mulli:

It's not like Palmer is a rookie, he should already be fine, but he's darn sure made his share of mistakes that aren't the fault of the Oline.

We are not making any moves for a QB until we draft one next year. If Palmer absolutely can't get the job done, Stanton will get his chance. Personally, I think Stanton can move this offense better than Carson & is far more mobile behind a questionable OL.

I can already picture warner telling a young Eli "I'm going to Arizona, the people there need someone to believe in. My career is nearing its sunset. The people of Arizona are good people and When you are done here in New York I hope you are ready to be a cardinal and lead them into prosperity."

I'm certain that many quarterbacks have already expressed a desire to save the good people of Arizona and certainly many more will want to save us in the future. Regardless, Eli must be our guy, because he's always shown a soft spot for the poor, downtrodden, and disfunctional. You know, like the Chargers.

Ain't any way Giants get rid of Manning. Coughlin is the one who will be gone.

The biggest name Arizona may have a shot at is Vick. Not Eli, Ben or Newton.
Vick is dunzos, and it has nothing to do with his past now he just sucks ass. He's lucky he aint his own owner, he'd electrocute himself, but I hear the Philly owner is a second/third/ hahaha Andy Reid.... chance kinda guy.
