This time for slashing a man in the neck in a night club. Wow. The amazing thing is that if Alston goes to jail, the Rockets will still have too many point guards.

all i've read on this story is that some fool is looking to make a quick buck off Alston.

reports are that their was some altercation, nothing violent. and afterwards, this douche decided to slash himself and file charges against alston...in the hopes of making some money off him.

there is also a video of the whole altercation in which the owner of the night club has seen, and it looks as though he's on Alston's side on this one.

The club owner says security video shows a "small verbal confrontation" at 3:04 a.m. between the alleged victim and Alston’s entourage over a spilled bottle: "But that's all," he says. "They continued drinking."

well that's good to hear. I was really disgusted when i heard the news. I could care less if the rockets don't win a game next season. but i am tired of athletes getting arrested. and if this is a scam indeed, he deserves to get past this.
