I think Kerr should push whoever is HC to bring on EJ as an assistant. He could add a lot without being too handicpaed by lack of coaching experience.

I can agree with this. EJ would help the Suns keep an upbeat offensive style they have traditionally run. Then the Suns bring in a defensive minded assistant to blend in some defense.
