i just heard on 1060 that the rams are fed up with turley because of his problems with martz, injury problems and his weight is WAY down. i don't know if the pace trade talks are still on but if they are i don't know how the rams plan on running those double move routes they love so much with no time to throw the ball. good luck blocking berry, okefor and dockett twice a year.

If Turley is healthy, I think his angry outbursts is manageably under a good coach like Dennie, so I hope the Rams cut him for spite, and we pick him up by sheer luck.

Turley was a monster when he played for the Saints.

You have to wonder how much a back injury is going to hurt his strength though.

Dude is flat out out mean though. Imagine having Ross and Turley playing next to each other?!

Turley back injury is a serious one, plus add in the fact that he lost a lot of weight he is intriguing but only sign the guy if he's healthy and his weight is back to his playing weight.

SIGN HIM!

He is the best tackle in the league. It would solidify our line.

You could put Davis back to guard, and run behind Davis, and Ross.

Nasty

But seriously Turley is the man!

What is the obsession with name players on this board?

Maybe 3 years ago but sure as hell not now. Turley due to that back injury has been unable to workout at all and has ended up losing at least 40 lbs.

There is a good chance he will never play again not to mention he has had serious attitude problems since the injury. I would stay as far away from him as possible.

i don't know about signing him, i just thought it would hurt their pass protection especially against our front four. i didn't realize how little he had played over the past two years.

According to Bob Kemp a couple of weeks back, Turley dropped his weight to 230 and has gained back to about 260. He told the Rams he no longer wants to play T, he wants to try defensive end!

I wouldn't touch this guy with a 10-foot pole. He's done.

I don't know, he and say a DE who's converting to OT might have some fascinating matchups on the practice field!

When i read that Turley wants to move to defense to protect his back i was pretty sure he was done.

Turley sucks. Hes a lineman with a spine injury. The only thing worse than a lineman witha spine injury is a quarterback who fumbles the snap.

Exactly. I heard him on NFL radio, and he doesn't seem to have too many plans to add the weight back and make it back to the oline. He seems set on wanting to play DE. I think he's pretty much done in football.

Whatever!

It has nothing to do with his name.

I live his attitude, and I like his style. I can identify with Kyle Turley.

THe guy is all about TEAM, and not himself. If Green gets a hold of this guy it would give us a dominating OL.

BTW - I don't see any attitude problems. Maybe it is Martz being a arrogant jerk. Just because the Rams over came soooo much adversity Martz feels the need to have this pity party for himself. His stab at Turley was manipulative, and under much contriversy.

Turley is my kind of guy, so naturally I would like to see him play for the Cardinals. He would fit perfectly......................if he stays healthy

Apparently when he realized he had no shot of returning to his 310 weight and playing this year.

Turley is 30 years old and didn't play a down of football last year. I say Pass with a capital P.
