The Los Angeles Rams made big moves at wide receiver this offseason, bringing in Davante Adams and releasing Cooper Kupp after eight seasons. They also gave Tutu Atwell $10 million guaranteed for one year, but they may not be done at the position.
With the draft coming up, there will be intriguing prospects available who could help the Rams in 2025 and for years to come. One such player? Texas wideout Isaiah Bond.
At his pro day on Tuesday, Bond told CJ Vogel of OnTexasFootball that he has an official pre-draft visit scheduled with the Rams, among other teams. Bond is projected to be a first- or second-round pick, so Los Angeles could be targeting him at No. 26 or in a potential trade back.
Bond wowed at his pro day, running a 4.34 in the 40-yard dash after posting a 4.39 at the NFL combine last month. He's one of the fastest players in the class and the Rams could view him as a long-term complement to Puka Nacua.
Last season at Texas, he caught 34 passes for 540 yards and five touchdowns in 14 games after hauling in 48 passes for 668 yards and four touchdowns at Alabama in 2023. He also carried the ball four times for 98 yards and a touchdown last season, showing some versatility as a playmaker.
The Rams don't typically bring in prospects for official visits so it's interesting that they'll do so with Bond. Rams GM Les Snead was in attendance – and chatting with Arch Manning – at Texas' pro day so he got an up-close look at Bond.
