Dumb question Artie! J/K :D

He is definitely a DBack. The ring and Cy Youngs that he won here were the crowning moments of his career.

Astros would finish a really weak third since Randy didn't even pitch one complete season with them. Montreal would be even further back even though he began with them...

D'backs should have edge on this, given historical record--the D'backs and their championships were all built around the Unit, and his most dominant seasons have come in Arizona.

Actually you could make a case for both teams. A no hitter with Seattle a Cy Young award....All Star apperences

I think that Randy Johnson will be very close but in the end he will be the first D'back to enter the Hall of Fame

If nothing else

His number should be retired when he does. He has defined greatness for this franchise.

Despite the fact he became a household name in Seattle, his career has shined the most in AZ - I hope he gets voted in as a DBack.

Dbacks.

4 Cy Youngs, Pitching Triple Crown, World Series co-MVP, World Champion.

Before Randy came to Arizona, he was debatable HOF material. In his 4 plus years here, he has gone from people questioning whether or not he belonged in the HOF, to debating whether or not he is the greatest Lefty of all-time.

Randy will be voted in as a pitcher.

Then the HOF officials will work with Randy to decided which cap he wears. While they consider a player's desires, their main priority is to have a representative museum display... using the cap and logo that most accurately portrays the player. Randy has been instrumental in two cities, so this makes an interesting case...

Another interesting scenario unfolds with Mark McGwire--even though he spent by far the most years with Oakland, his most famous exploits occurred as a Cardinal.

D-Backs.

Randy had an awesome career with the Mariners, but I believe he solidified his place in the HOF during his years with the D-Backs. Multiple consecutive Cy Youngs, plus (alongside Schilling) one of the most dominating postseason performances in our era, all in AZ. Plus he still has a few years to go.

Rose to stardom in Seattle, but got even better in Arizona. He will go in as a D-Back.

When people think of Randy Johnson they will think of Randy the Diamondback. The Randy that won a series, 4 Cy Youngs, and dominated the national league. He will go in as a Dback.
