Josh Hamilton and the Texas Rangers are suddenly facing a bit of adversity. Hamilton left after his first at-bat with a strained right shoulder, and the Rangers made key blunders on the basepaths en route to a 5-4 loss to the Detroit Tigers on Tuesday. Miguel Cabrera drove in the winning run with a bases-loaded single in the bottom of the ninth.
