Rangers ace Yu Darvish was headed for an MRI exam Friday after leaving his spring training debut the previous day after one inning with tightness in his right triceps. Assistant general manager Thad Levine said that Darvish would have the exam and then be examined by team physician Dr. Keith Meister, who had planned to be in camp anyway. The Rangers already scratched fellow starter Derek Holland from an intrasquad game due to shoulder soreness.
