Ravens wide receiver Steve Smith says he will retire at the end of the 2015 season, his 15th in the NFL. Smith says, ''I feel like it's time. Smith said he made his decision in April, not long after he caught 79 passes for 1,065 yards and six touchdowns in his first season with the Ravens.
