Six games, six touchdowns given up by the D. And the D was able to overcome three turnovers by our offense! When was the last time a team with -3 turnover differential won?

not this year. first year coordinator... on a team that probably doesn't make the playoffs? Nah. He's got to have a couple years under his belt and this D needs to get us to the playoffs before people come a calling.

Hopefully, by that time, his system is in place and established and he will have developed a position coach that will be able to take the DC job.

Whiz should be thinking about developing the next DC within the staff when the system is successful.

I must admit that I was very skeptical of the Horton signing. His defense looked terrible the first half of the season. Wow what a difference a few weeks makes. This defense has finally found it's grove the last 6 games.

I still say that Porter going down with an injury was the best thing to happen to this defense.
