Reliever Brad Ziegler's record scoreless streak was ended by B.J. Upton, and Carlos Pena homered leading off the 12th to give the Tampa Bay Rays a 7-6 win over the Oakland Athletics on Thursday. Ziegler started his career by not allowing a run in 39 consecutive shutout innings -- including the eighth Thursday -- to tie a 59-year-old major league record for relievers.
