His pro draft workout is next Tuesday March 17. That will be a big deal as he didn't run at the Combine as he was coming off a bad case of the flu.

He looks like he has good hands coming out of the backfield. Just hope we can open up some holes like his line was doing for him at Pitt.

I want this kid, but find it hard to believe he will last to #31 regardless of what many think.

I got some serious manlove for this RB. Use the first we get for Boldin on him. Then draft the best OL, DL, & LB every pick after.

I could not agree more. I think McCoy is going to be the best RB in this years draft class!!

He is not a smash mouth RB. But he is so explosive. If there is a hole he will exploit it.

One will be there at 31 and we will take him. I won't complain

I now endorse that. Reading other ASFN opinions about those four combined with what I've seen with my own eyes has convinced me those are a nice pool to pick from. RBs tend to drop so we might have two of the four still on the board at #31.

Looks to be a quick change of pace option. He won't see holes like that behind our line.
True about the holes. But atleast he wastes no time at all getting beyond his blocker as soon as the block starts.

One of the supposed knocks on McCoy is that he's a cutback runner. DeAngelo Williams is that way. I'll take it.

Cutback to where? Sounds like a bad fit with our O line if he is a cutback style runner.

The D will get addressed first again this year. It's what lost us the SB.

If English or Maybin are there that's the way they're gonna go.

Look for the best remaining back to get picked in the 2nd. Or if they trade with Phila. then they may try to move up in the 2nd round to nab McCoy. But he's just not a 1st round pick, IMO.

Right now it's Greene in the 2nd. IMO.

Thats only from his youtube clips. But most of the time he isnt hitting the hole he is dancing or he is cutting back to the outside even if there is a hole. 75% of the time he is dancing or cutting it back.

DeAngelo Williams can do it with Jordan Gross, Jeff Otah, and Ryan Kalil on his line..

If you haven't watched his highlights yet. Look how fast he hits the hole. He seems to have great vision. Then he is great at changing direction at full speed. I love watching this kid run the ball.

I think he would be perfect paired up with Hightower.

I do not know anything about these RB's. I just want a RB in the first round and if we can trade up (Boldin) to get the best one then I want him. Please no off the wall pick.
