When I'm playing music video or heavy audio stuff on youtube, it pauses to rebuffer every 10-20 seconds -- it doesn't do it on my other computer, but always does on this one (which is newer and supposedly faster). Where should I even begin to look for troubleshooting?

Thanks

What OS and browser?

Does it do it on different browsers? Did you try clearing the cache?

Do you have the current flash player?

Rebuffering usually has to do with your connection speed. What type of connection do you have?

Agreed. Also, you can try changing your settings under your account on youtube. That might help. They are as follows:

Choose the default setting for viewing videos

  • Choose my video quality dynamically based on the current connection speed.
  • I have a slow connection. Never play higher-quality video.
  • I have a fast connection. Always play higher-quality video when it's available.
