The Running Man (1987)
Ben Richards (Schwarzenegger): I'll Be Back
Damon Killian (Dawson): Only in a re-run
As for the Terminator....the movie debuted in 1984
Actually, in James Cameron's 4th draft (1983), the Terminator says "I'll come back":

As he exits the station, he passes Terminator just coming in
the front door. He glances at the pale apparition in cap
and dark wrap-arounds, but goes on.
Terminator approaches the Desk Sergeant who barely glances
up when he speaks.
TERMINATOR
I'm a friend of Sarah Connor.
I was told she is here. Can
I see her, please?
SERGEANT
You can't see here. She's
making a statement.
TERMINATOR
Where is she?
SERGEANT
(laconically)
Look. It's gonna be a while.
You wanna wait. There's a
bench.
Terminator steps back, scanning the booth, the electric
door, the rooms beyond.
TERMINATOR
I'll come back.
But I guess this is what ultimately ended up in the movie:
Terminator: "I'm a friend of Sarah Connor. I was told she was here. Can I see her please?"
Desk Sargeant: "I can't let you. She's in there making a statement."
Terminator: "Where is she?"
Desk Sargeant: "Look, this may take a while. If you want to wait, there's a bench over there."
Terminator: "I'll be back."
