The only two TEs "better" than him right now are 31 and 35. Hock is a comparable played, but he signed for 16.5 two seasons ago, and is older. I think 20 is a stretch but again, 17.5 or 18 fits the current contract market IMO.
Brock Bowers and Cade Otten might be better than him already.

I'm fine with making him the highest-paid TE in the way we made Kyler the highest paid QB, but I'm not resetting the market for a very good player with a full year left on his rookie deal.

dude. stop focusing on fantasy football and watch the games. Bowers has a second rate QB trying to keep his job with zero other targets...unless you like that dynamo, Jacobi Meyers?
you know what else is in a TE job description? Blocking...unless you are Brock Bowers of course...McBride blocks circles around Bowers....and still has a higher average yards per catch

The 215
watching 12news tonight - they were interviewing luketa and when he was mentioning leaders first name out of his mouth was kyzir white - budda's name came next but i was like wow
I said it before the season that Kyzir is a tone setter. We suffered greatly when he went down last year.

Whoa, no, they were godawful! @DVontel mentioned in another thread how it's kinda been helpful for us to see them to go out so the players behind them can do well.

They were but, the team was pretty awful back then. I think we often forget it takes a team a while to get in stride, and even more so for new signings still learning the system.

I think if those 2 guys were healthy they would be better now.
