Antonio Pierce is perhaps the best recruiter on the west coast.

Have his Long Beach Polytechnic background and Paramount High School, helps a lot here in LA.

Playing so many young guys means that two years from now ASU is going to be loaded. Probably the most hopeful I have ever been about ASU.

LB Caleb McCullough just committed to ASU, looks like a great prospect, welcome aboard.

RB Isaiah Floyd is leaving ASU. Had 11 carries this season and hasn't been with team for a while. This leaves ASU with just 3 scholarship RBs. @Brett_McMurphy reported first.

Fourth player to leave in recent weeks, joining K Brandon Ruiz, QB Dillon Sterling-Cole & LB Ely Doyle.

I especially hated to see Floyd and Ruiz leave the program. Kind of expected Sterling-Cole to leave for a better opportunity elsewhere. I don't know a lot about Doyle.

Quarterback Blake Shapen decommits. As of now, ASU does not have a quarterback in it's 2020 recruiting class.

Who knows if it was the termination of offensive coordinator Rob Likens or the fact that Arizona State seemingly has its quarterback in place for the next few years, but Blake Shapen out of Evangel Christian in Shreveport, La., has decommitted from the Sun Devils.

Alabama WR commit and four-star prospect Traeshon Holden visiting Tempe this week. Holden plays for Harbor City (Calif.) Narbonne HS, a school ASU had had some success recruiting in recent classes.

The updated rankings of the 2020 class have bumped ASU DB commit

to a four-star prospect. ASU currently has six four-star commits in its 2020 class.

97 WR Lavon Bunkley-Shelton
When all said and done ASU has a reaslitic chance to land around four players in their 2020 recruiting class that are also members of the #Rivals250.

I think they might get caught up in the emotion of the moment and commit before really exploring all their options.

One factor may be he was being recruited by Oregon coach Prentice Gill, who recently jumped ship and is joining ASU's staff.
