Jon Lester coasted to his AL-leading seventh win and the Boston Red Sox bludgeoned Cleveland's Mitch Talbot for seven runs in the first inning on their way to a 14-2 win on Wednesday that was the Indians' most lopsided loss this season. Dustin Pedroia hit a two-run homer in Boston's eruption in the first off Talbot (1-1), who was making his first start since April 11.
