The locker room hadn’t even been cleaned out when Dwayne Haskins broached the silver lining of the Redskins’ 3-13 season. “Two words: Chase Young,” Haskins said. Barring a trade or another surprise at the top of the first round, the Redskins are expected to select the Ohio State pass-rusher with the second overall pick and make him the face of their defense.
