this is a football game between to bad teams. It seems more then anything that they are both trying to give it away. It'll be a shame if they lose after Shipp's effort.

Actually I have enjoyed watching this game. We have moved the ball well and the defense has really played pretty well with the exception of the penalty by Thompson and the just missed Int by Jackson(he should have easily caught that)

But a win is a win in the NFL and even more so when you are a Cardinal fan.
I love it! The Bengals have been media darlings the last few weeks and we beat 'em. Should have beat 'em by a lot more.

You gotta love these nail biters! Whew! I couldn't wait for this game to be over and in the "W"--dubya column. Man, this game was put away by Hill, Jackson, McDaniel... finally DJackson ends it!!!! I don't agree that we or the Bengals are bad teams. Parity is alive and kickin' this year. Rams got smoked by the 49ers--who we beat last week. I feel bad for the Cardinal fans who DIDN'T go to the game. Ha ha ha ha losers What R U waitin' for? Free tickets???? Been there done that. We're backin' the Cardinals with Quality if not quantity....but, let's see some People, people! WOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Thanks for the heads up and info Capital. I just ran across the quote and really had no idea who Bill Shankly really was.
As far as the quote "not applying" to American football.....well, it often does for me.
And, personally, I have always felt "the rest of the world" was misguided. Soccer is SOCCER...not football.
