“Passion is what makes life interesting, what ignites our soul, fuels our love and carries our friendships, stimulates our intellect, and pushes our limits... A passion for life is contagious and uplifting. Passion cuts both ways... Those that make you feel on top of the world are equally able to turn it upside down... In my life I want to create passion in my own life and with those I care for. I want to feel, experience and live every emotion. I will suffer through the bad for the heights of the good.”
Pat Tillman

We will never ever forget. You light and legacy shine eternally on, Pat.

So glad we were able to watch him in so many college and pro games and actually meet him and talk with him (and several teammates at Tempe Beach Park). He signed two of our team photos (framed in our extra room). Just an amazing guy. Wish we could have seen what he'd be today. RIP, Pat. #42 #40

It's sad that Pat Tillman has become larger in death, than in life; I believe it to be something that he never wanted.

However, in many ways, Pat was a man among boys. . . And his legacy, the Pat Tillman Foundation is a worthwhile and outstanding endeavor.

Well done, PT.

I remember the day the news broke that he was killed. Remember that we didn't know any of the unfortunate details that came out later, the news was simply that he was killed in action.

I remember just sitting on my couch and being quiet for a long time, and feeling a sense of pride that he had played for us and given it all up for what he believed in. He definitely inspired me to be more as a man.

RIP PT

Gotta love his patriotism. At the time I was thinking how can he give up all that money and risk his life for chump change. That was my first thought. My second thought was this was a man that loved his country and was ready to kick some ass for it. I hated hearing he lost his life. I was pissed off at the time thinking nuke the bastards then finding out it was friendly fire just really sucked. I never thought I would be so emotional over someone I had never met.

Isn't that earthsci, in the black hat right in the row in front of them. If so, I think I was in the next row down, in front of them, for that game! It's in the right neighborhood for where I used to get seats at SDS.

Wow!

Remembering PT40. The Laughlin River Run motorcyle event is always held during draft week. My annual tradition is to cruise the main drag rocking my white Tillman jersey at least once during the run.

There's an account on Tiktok that creates AI videos of celebrities, athletes and other famous people who have died...showing what they might looks like today. This particular video had Pat.
