Renewal of Simpson civil judgment upheld (AP)

A state appellate court has upheld the renewal of a $33.5 million civil judgment against O.J. Simpson in a decade-old wrongful death lawsuit. The 2nd District Court of Appeal on Wednesday rejected an argument by Simpson that Los Angeles Superior Court no longer has jurisdiction over him because he now lives in Florida.
